Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

COFELY’s innovative optimisation program uses non-invasive technology to record strategic points and calculate key parameters that measure air conditioning performance. Based on this “live” data, our optimisation specialists fine-tune the system for optimum performance.

- Inspect systems in accordance with the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive and obtain Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) TM44 efficiency standards certification
- Evaluate systems that use HCFCs and advise on the most cost-effective way to phase out these refrigerants (EC Regulation 2037/2000)
- Comply with F-Gas regulations
