COFELY’s experienced engineering services division provides one-stop, end-to-end Customer support. Our services include major project management, installation and refurbishment, and cover everything from design and constructiong through to commissioning and post-handover support. At the heart of our success is a commitment to delivering harmonised solutions that support our Customers’ activities reduce costs and add real value. Each project is meticulously planned to maximise productivity with minimal disruption.

Project Management

Every project, regardless of sise, is managed using COFELY’s proven and consistent methodology. The approach focuses on:

• CAD 3D modeling with clash detection software
• Specialist sector proprietary demands
• Customers within “live” environments
• Responsive change management processes

As principal contractor, we manage and take full responsibility for both self-delivered and sub-contracted elements of the project. Through regular meetings, we ensure that all services are coordinated and the requirements of other trades are understood.

Design, Supply and Install

The design, development and installation skills of our engineering services group are well suited to delivering significant refurbishment and fit-out projects and, as such, we have developed an enviable reputation in this area. We use advanced CAD/CAE systems and exchange technical information and experience with sister companies throughout Europe to provide innovative, cost-effective solutions.

• Central plant replacement including boiler decentralisation

Comprehensive commissioning protocols are used to ensure “as-designed” performance and functionality.

Pre-Fabrication Facilities

COFELY’s dedicated prefabrication workshop uses cost-effective, time-saving prefabrication techniques. The extent of prefabrication is determined on a project-by-project basis and can range from the pre-assembly of fan coil modules through to complex services riser modules and complete plant rooms.

CAD & 3D Animation

Accurate and timely CAD drawings accelerate the design process, enable more precise purchasing, and reduce the project’s overall timeline. COFELY offers state-of-the-art CAD/CAE 3D modeling that enables Customers to view their concepts as completed projects, complete with sequenced build stages and “walk-through” graphics.

The CAD delivery system also shows space planning in 3D format, with high definition colours, textures and material finishes for greater clarity and pre-project understanding.
